From a teaching standpoint, my biggest inspiration has been my 3rd grade teacher, Pat Coen. When I was a senior in high school, I had the opportunity to complete a semester long job shadow with Mr. Coen. I learned things during that experience that I still use today in my own classroom. He inspired me to become an educator.
